MIYAKO RESIN
Privacy Policy
Miyako Resin (the “Studio”) recognizes the importance of your personal information and handles it according to the following policy.
Information we collect
When you make a reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking details (date, party size, chosen pieces, coupon code, and whether we may share photos or videos on social media). If you arrive through a tagged link (for example from an ad or social media), that tag (where the link came from), the first page you opened and the time are stored in your browser and recorded together with your reservation. There is no set storage period; clearing your browser data removes it.
How we use it
We use your information only for the following purposes and never for anything else. • Processing your reservation, sending confirmation emails, assisting you on the day of your visit and contacting you with important notices • Improving the site and understanding how visitors find us, including tallying where reservations came from (recorded together with each reservation) and matching reservations with the "Analytics" records below by reservation number
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Reservations are managed using Google services and protected under their security standards.
Analytics
We use the following analytics to improve the site and understand how visitors find us. They run whether or not you agree to the journey analysis described below. • Google Analytics (Google LLC): uses cookies to record pages viewed, device type and approximate region, as well as taps on the booking button and on phone, Instagram and LINE links, starting the booking form, submission errors, and completed reservations (reservation number, menu, amount, coupon code, date, time and party size — never your name or contact details). • Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.): collects aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals. • Our own anonymous analytics: records pages viewed, where you came from (search, social media, etc.), device type and screen size, time spent on the page, whether it is your first visit, and how far you got in the booking form (never what you typed) without telling visitors apart, and tallies them in Google Sheets. Where you came from is kept in your browser for up to 90 days.
Journey analysis (only with your consent)
Only if you agree through the notice shown on this site, we use an identifier (a random string kept in your browser for up to 395 days) to analyze your page views and booking-form steps as one journey. It is never linked to your name, email address, or phone number. You can change your choice at any time from "Data settings" at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the identifier stored in your browser and record without an identifier from then on (the analytics described above continue regardless of your choice).
Google Maps
This site includes Google Maps features and content (the map in “Access & Contact” and the Google Maps reviews and rating on the home page). Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. When the map or the reviews are shown, your browser connects to Google's servers, and Google receives information such as your IP address.
Access, correction and deletion
We will promptly respond to requests to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us at miyakoresin@gmail.com or 080-1032-3745.
