When you make a reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking details (date, party size and chosen pieces).
How we use it
Your information is used only to process your reservation, send confirmation emails, assist you on the day of your visit and contact you with important notices. It is never used for any other purpose.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Reservations are managed using Google services and protected under their security standards.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to improve this site. It collects only aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals.
Access, correction and deletion
